Pelletier Youth in Transition helps youth aged 16-24 make successful progression towards independence. Youth in the child welfare system who age out of care at age 18 face tremendous challenges and become solely responsible for themselves almost overnight.  Through support, counselling, outreach and coordination we empower youth to maximize their potential.

In many cases the child welfare system has invested years of care, support and counseling to youth in care. As the system currently operates, youth feel abandon at the times when they need us most. Pelletier addresses this major gap in the system to provide a continuum of care to youth who are on the verge of success.
